A lead CRM for GradePlus's calling team: scanned, handwritten student information sheets become leads that callers work through, and a second app, CRM2, does the same for household survey forms.

What was built

Admins upload scanned sheets as PDFs; Gemini reads each page and turns every row into a lead with name, class, phone, school and career choice, linked back to its page in the source PDF.
Callers work the leads assigned to them, log each call's outcome and book callbacks, with a dashboard of leads by status and the day's callbacks.
Duplicate detection groups leads by phone, optionally with name or class, and uploads can skip numbers already on file.
CRM2 reads rotated pages and tick-box answers from survey images; both apps sign in through iBlib accounts with admin and caller roles.
