What was built

  • Cut the console's network traffic: code-split every route, held data loading until sign-in, folded the dashboard figures into one database call, and fixed a vendors list that made 16 requests where one would do.
  • Server-side pagination for all four operator lists, cached lookups for cities and customer flags, and lazy-loaded thumbnails, checked with a Playwright test harness.
  • UI and accessibility pass: loading skeletons, brand buttons, a mobile drawer, accessible dialogs and focus, charts and dark-mode tokens.
  • Production and development deployments on Firebase Hosting, and a go-live hardening plan after reviewing all three backends.
