An internal CRM app for Helpee, a home-care company in India. Its care team follows each family from first call to enquiry to booking, onboards caregivers and talks to each other in one place.

What was built

Leads, enquiries and bookings in one app, with bookings sent out to caregivers to accept.
Caregiver onboarding and profiles, with each caregiver's resume generated as a PDF.
Team chat, phone-number OTP login and push notifications through Firebase and Notifee.
Extended the Node.js, Apollo GraphQL and MongoDB backend behind it; over-the-air updates through CodePush.
