An appreciation and rewards platform. People and companies send "Carrots" to thank someone, and Carrots are redeemed in a store for gift cards, OTT subscriptions and offers. Businesses used it to reward staff against sales targets and to keep customers coming back.

What was built

Transfers by email, phone number or QR code, with unclaimed Carrots returned after a week, and a store to redeem them.
A business dashboard: add employees, assign, approve and extend sales targets paid in Carrots, credit the whole team at once, and create offers and coupons for customers.
An admin panel for the operator: companies and individuals, store products and buy requests, the platform's Carrot supply, referral rewards and limits, support sessions and analytics.
