How fast do we get the photos?
Most shoots are delivered the next business day. Rush delivery is available as an add-on.
Can you fly a drone at any property?
Not everywhere. Drone flights follow Transport Canada rules, and some areas near the airport need extra permission. We check the location before we book and tell you what is possible.
Are the photos sized for MLS?
Yes. You get MLS-sized files plus full-resolution files for print and your website.
Do you make vertical videos for Instagram and TikTok?
Yes. Every video package includes a vertical reel, in branded and unbranded versions.
What if it rains on the day?
We shoot interiors as planned and rebook the exteriors for the next clear day at no charge.
Who owns the photos?
You can use them on MLS, your website, and your social channels for the listing. If a brokerage or developer needs wider rights, ask us and we will set them up.
How should the home be prepared?
Clear counters, open the blinds, turn on every light, and move cars off the driveway. We send a short checklist when you book.
How long are you on site?
Most homes take 60 to 90 minutes. Large homes and drone shoots take longer.
